Bathroom Remodel Schedule

Week 1

Monday: Demo

Mask off work area and put down Ram Board to protect flooring for the duration of the project.

Set up Hepa air filtration

Demo Existing bathroom and haul away materials

Tuesday: Electrical

Electrician will come and update/install in the morning

Any framing repairs or updates will be made after the electrician is done

Wednesday: Plumbing

Plumbers will come to update/install in the morning

Wallboard and drywall installation will start after plumbers are done

Thursday: Prep

Prep work for tile will begin. Waterproofing, underlayment, etc

Drywall repairs tape/mud

Friday: Prep

Finish up any prep work and begin planning layout for tile

Get tile tools and material set up

Drywall repairs tape/mud

Week 2

Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday

Tile and coverings installation will start

Typically takes 3-4 days for tile

Grout, silicone, seal

Thursday

Finish and cleanup any tile work

Install vanity, toilet, etc

Prep for paint

Friday

Paint

Install grab bars, towel bars, etc

Install any baseboard/trim

Finish and give customer walk through
